We're bidding a retail store build-out in the Staten Island, NY area, planned to start mid-November 2026 and run about 6 weeks. We'd like a local superintendent for it.
We hire local superintendents when we can. If you live within about an hour of Staten Island, you go home every night. Pay is $2,000 a week.
You run the build from mobilization to turnover, inside an existing space: a mall, a strip center, a stand-alone box. Projects typically run 4 to 12 weeks.
$2,000 per week.
The rate is $2,000 a week, local or traveling, paid weekly. Supers who deliver (schedule met, client happy, clean closeout) are the first we call for the next project, and the ones our clients ask for by name.
When a project is away from home: lodging, a per diem for meals, and travel are covered on top of your pay.
